Any ARC agent in good standing may request an AD75 or an AD50 ticket for your spouse aboard Gulf Air coded and operated flights. The discount is available on any published fare, permitting agency discounts. Check availability and via your GDS, book your economy flights in L Class for an AD75 for Economy, M class for AD50 economy class or C class for Business), then send the following information to our Sales Support Office:
Itinerary, including GF record locator
Copy of your IATA list and ARC card
Official request on Agency letterhead signed by agency manager
Please allow 30 days advance notice from your USA departure date for processing.
Once approved, GF will contact you with payment procedures and instructions for
acquiring your ticket.
