In view of the prevailing adverse marketing conditions and the consequent fluctuating passenger traffic, national carrier Gulf Air has decided to temporarily suspend its services to and from Bangalore and Hyderabad. Flights to these cities will be suspended from29 March up to and including 24 October 2009. We plan to return to these routes from the start of our winter season.
Customers, who hold tickets on Gulf Air Bangalore and Hyderabad services from 29 March 2009 up to 24 October 2009, will need to contact Gulf Air or their travel agent directly to avail themselves one of the following options:
1) Passengers can choose to travel to/from another destination in the Gulf Air network. Any difference in fare and taxes for that new journey will be applicable to the passenger e.g. any additional fare and taxes will be payable and any reduction in fare and taxes will be refundable.
2) Passengers can travel via Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin or Trivandrum connecting the Gulf Air services on Jet Airways, Air India or Indian Airlines.
3) Passengers can choose to receive a full refund with any cancellation fees waived.
