1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:
Gulf Air’s promotion begins September 1, 2011 and ends December 30, 2011. Agents must register eligible tickets on website: usapartners.gulfair.com. No mechanical reproductions or entries allowed. The promotion is open only to selected/eligible travel agents in the USA and Canada with a valid IATA number and subject to the following conditions:
- Valid for Round Trip tickets issued September 1 - December 30, 2011
- All GF Economy and GF Business class fares are eligible
- Eligible tickets must include GF coded and operated flights connecting to any transatlantic flight to/from the USA or Canada.
- Qualifying tickets must be validated on GF (072) and issued in the USA or Canada
- To qualify, sell and register a minimum of 10 RT tickets per month
- Two one way tickets will be considered as one round trip
- Promotion valid for Adult tickets (tickets issues with child and infant discounts are not elgible)
- Valid for Adult tickets only, tickets issued with child or infant discounts are not eligible
- Payments will be made upon verification that outbound travel has commenced
- Tickets issued for Hajj travel to Jeddah and Medina are excluded
2. How to enter:
Travel agents can enter eligible tickets issued between September 1, 2011 and December 30, 2011 on the web site: usapartners.gulfair.com, promotion section (see contest enrollment forms).
3. Awards:
- 15.00 (USD or CAD) for each eligible flown Economy Class ticket
- 50.00 (USD or CAD) for each eligible flown Business Class ticket
By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge that their name and agency may be posted on the usapartners.gulfair.com website. By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge and agree to accept email notification of promotions and offers sponsored by Gulf Air.
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the award will be determined by the number of eligible tickets issued by the participating Travel Agent and flown by customers.
USA Participants: A W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) will be forwarded to the winners for completion and a 1099 form will be prepared and forwarded to the winners at year's end. All expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of individual participants.
Individual participants are responsible for reporting and filing correct documents with concerned authorities as a result of any income earned in conjunction with this incentive.
4. Conditions:
Gulf Air reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice.
Payments will be made in the form of a check in USD or CAD funds.
By participating in this promotion, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited). Winner is liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion.
This promotion is void where prohibited.
5. Winners’ names:
For the name of the prizewinner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Gulf Air’s promotion, 14350 N. 87th Street, Suite 265, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Winners’ names will be sent when the promotion is over and prizes are awarded. Requests for winners’ names must be received by February 1, 2012.
